When you visit the internOwl.com, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.

This information is used to improve our services and to offer better functionality and customization.

STUDENTS

Name and Internship Review Association
We will never associate your name or email with your internship review unless you specifically allow us to or we are legally mandated to do so. You may choose to give access to your name with your review to your career center - In this case you will be specifically asked permission. 

Resumes
Your resume may be made available to employers who are looking to hire you for an internship. You also give access to your resume to a participating employer when you apply for a position.

Email
Your email will be used for automated correspondence. In your "account" page you may also opt-in for a newsletter and notifications of new internships in your area. We may on a rare occasion send you information from a trusted partner. Howeverm we will never sell your name or email address.

COMPANIES
We collect information about the way you recruit in order to improve our services. Individual applicant notes and ratings are not saved and are only used for your recruiting purposes.

Email
Your email will be used for automated correspondence during your recruiting period. In your "account" page you may also opt-in for a newsletter to help you improve your internship program.

SECURITY
When sensitive information is collected we use an SSL certificate that encrypts personal information being transferred over the Internet.

CHANGES TO THE POLICY
Changes to the privacy policy will be made and posted on this page. You will also be sent a "change of privacy policy notice" if major changes are made.
